Privacy Policy
Last updated · 26 May 2026This policy explains what we collect when you use ISEENOW Tools, how we use it, and which third parties we send it to.
1. What we collect
When you run an analysis
- The URL you submit and the public content fetched from it (up to 10 pages, up to 20,000 words).
- Any optional “context” sentence you provide describing your company.
- Your IP address (for rate limiting and fraud detection).
When you purchase Brand Signal Map
- Your email address (used to deliver the receipt, to look up your seat for re-runs, and to send report-recovery emails if requested).
- Payment details — these are handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not store card numbers, expiry dates, or CVCs on our servers.
Automatic data
- Standard server logs (timestamps, user-agent, request paths).
- Basic usage analytics (page views, form submissions, payment events — used to improve the product, never sold or shared).
2. Third parties we share with

3. How long we keep it
- Report data is kept indefinitely so you can return to your reports. You can request deletion at any time.
- Server logs and rate-limit records are kept for 30 days.
- Stripe payment records follow Stripe’s retention policy (typically 7 years for tax and dispute purposes).
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, or request deletion, at any time by emailing hello@iseenow.agency. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use localStorage in your browser to cache your most recent report ID so refresh works without re-fetching. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Children
The Services are not directed at anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us so we can delete it.

Note for the owner: this draft assumes the third-party processors listed are accurate. Update the table if you switch providers (e.g. a different AI model, a different mail provider). Have legal counsel review before public launch.
