Refund Policy

We want every Brand Signal Map purchase to feel honest. Below is the full refund policy.

Before your first run

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet generated your first Brand Signal Map analysis. Email hello@iseenow.agency from the email used at purchase and we will issue the refund through Stripe within 3 business days.

After your first run

Once your first analysis has been generated, the purchase is considered fulfilled. We do not issue refunds for runs already delivered, since the system has already done the work and incurred AI inference costs.

If you have not yet used all 3 runs in your seat and decide the tool isn't a fit, those unused runs remain available until your 60-day window expires.

When a run fails

If an analysis returns an error before producing a usable report:

The failed run is not consumed from your allowance.
You will see a “Try again” button on the form. Most failures resolve on retry.
If repeated retries fail (e.g. the site is genuinely unreadable to our system), email us and we will issue a full refund regardless of the 7-day window.

How to request a refund

Email hello@iseenow.agency from the address used at purchase.
Include the URL you analysed and (if you have it) the Stripe receipt number.
We respond within 1 business day with confirmation and the Stripe refund timeline.

Note for the owner: this is a starting draft. Adjust the 7-day window or the “after first run” policy if you want a more or less generous stance, but be aware Stripe will side with the customer in chargebacks if the policy is unclear or absent.
